Fairly average gym. Small, minimally equipped, crowded, expensive. Staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming.
One single power rack only, one single cable machine. Not a big variety of machines to use either.
Definitely not up to the global Goldās Gym standard. Disappointing.
ā Music noise is very loud , you can enjoy your headphones music even in ANC mode.
ā Bathroom slippers are not available.
ā recently they are going to increase prices. But not sure about basic gym hygiene and equipments.
Rest everything is quite ok.

Well qualified trainerā¦..who trains you according to your body typeā¦ā¦.
Everyday at 8 am : yoga / HIIT / zumba /dance mixā¦etcā¦ With proper and encouraging trainerā¦
Bit expensive but best in the areaā¦.
Itās been almost half of the year now still working out in a same place and proceeding towards my goal with the help or there highly qualified trainers, by there guidance it feels good to workout and feeling motivated through my fitness journey, highly recommended to everyone.please reach out and experience.
This place is way too commercial with really poor quality of trainers who insist on taking additional training etc and keep asking you to spend more money for better results. They are not qualified enough and the facility is mostly undergoing repairs. I would not recommend this place at all.
