GOLDEN STATE TAX SERVICE IS AN AMAZING COMPANY. THEY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING AND THEY HAVE ANSWERS FOR YOU WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS AND IF AT THAT MOMENT THEY DONT HAVE AN ANSWER. THEY WILL GET IT. AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO THE BEST THAT THEY CAN MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO HIRE TWO PEOPLE TO HELP WITH PHONES AND DIRECT CALLS ACCORDINGLY. YOU GUYS ROCK🤛👍
They do their job; got their work double checked with a CPA and they did good.
The customer service is lacking from the ponytail guy though; not very welcoming, comes off as sensitive and stanoffish; work on that.
