Gold Coast has a monopoly over the health care system in Ventura County. Anyone with Medicaid or Medicare is forced to see only the sub-par and negligent doctors employed by them.
Never have I been treated with such disrespect and lied to so many times. I’ve had to call them and I’ve been hung up on mid sentence, one told me he was going to lunch and to call back and get in line again. When asked to speak with manager there is never one avail and today the person had no way to conneçt me or request someone call me back. Someone should really shut this place down!
Just got off the phone with someone called Samantha. Wasn’t helpful at all. Called to verify a few things concerning details on their website and she just hung up on me. The one star is just for what I saw on their website. Looks good. I’ll probably try another route of contacting them to seek help that my Mom desperately needs. Thanks Samantha!!
