1. I was very pleased with my first visit. Dr glass and her assistant were both kind. The girl up front was not at all friendly but I let that go. When I came the second time I came the same symptoms as the first when they gave me an antibiotic and I was fine. This time they asked my symptoms and they freaked out and asked me to leave and get tested for Covid. The girl at the front desk lectured me on how she should have screed me. Dr glass would not come out of her office. I understand everyone is in fear but that’s why I went to the dr. They told me to go to Kaweah because my dad had just passed away and I badly wanted to be with my family. When we get Kaweah on the phone they said they needed a case number which was never provided by dr glass. Do I called the office back and they would not answer as we were sitting in front of Kaweah. When I called back the next day girl up front answer the phone and says “we just opened mam.”. in a stern voice. I had left them a message the day before with no response so yes I’m concerned. I again asked if she knew what number they were supposed to give Kaweah and I got again “ we just opened”. I told them I was really just trying to understand…..CLICK!!!

2. I had a wonderful first time appointment consult. she has great bedside manners, and very a good listener.
