Tried numerous automotive services and each one either created another issue or tried to sell me something I didnāt really need. After hearing & reading positive comments about Gills I decided to give them a try. I was very happy with the service in all areas. So glad I finally found a shop I feel I can trust to do it right and at a fair price.
I stopped in to have my tire patched because I saw a nail in my tire. The older lady that greeted us was very rude and condescending from the start. It takes a lot to make me upset and I have never even left a negative review in my life, but this woman was very rude. I will not ever use this business and I hope that you donāt either.
So my 02 F150 spit a spark plug out. At first I was extremely concerned about the issue. I work at a different shop that does not handle this kind of situation. These guys were extremely helpful and honest. Worked with me and communicated every step of the way. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this shop while they helped me get my truck back on the road. They certainly will have my future business. They made a scary situation for me, a pleasant experience. Couldnāt ask for better service. Would give em 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys so much.
Very pleased with the service. Needed a mechanic for any future problems that pop up & this place will be it. I wanted a small place like this that has that old school feel & this place wonāt disappoint ya. You have all my future business.
Gillās does awesome work and has amazing customer service! The have been keeping up my familyās vehicles for years. I can always depend on them to get us back on the road quick. I had my breaks serviced on my F250 so I could get back to work the next day. Please give them a try.
