Pleasant area. Staff is very nice. Traffic was a nightmare. Construction on main road very confusing. Lots of comfortable seats in waiting room. Small wait. Appointment time on schedule!
so I want to say that I talked to the billing manager bc I got a no show fee and explained to her that I had covid and was very sick and did not receive a text reminder of my appointment but they wouldnât even consider taking the late fee off after I explained to them that I had covid. Thatâs sad that they care more about a no show 50 fee that retaining customers. I wonât be back.
I will see Dr. Jennifer Palmer again. Her demeanor wilas nice & was ready to answer any questoons. But I had none. The staff at NRSC was great. Basically no wait to speak of. I will request future procedures to be done there. These patients who give only negative comments must have been in pain. I could not have been better pleased.
After having a procedure done the recovery nurse put me in the car with my wife and gave us paperwork. I was still sedated. I guess the paperwork had a post op follow up date ( that was not needed). No reminder of appointment was ever given. Then I received a $100 bill for not showing up to this appointment. The doctor refused to wave this bill. This is a money scamming racket that this place is running. They make tons of money off of us, our co pays, and insurance⊠and still can do this or you will be turned over to collections. This place and the doctors are disgusting for this behavior. I will pay the money and never use this shameful place again.
If I could give zero stars I would. My appointment started an hour later than it was supposed to. I brought in published treatment guidelines (with evidence that backed up the research) and Dr. Jennifer Palmer ignored them completely. She told me that she follows a different set of guidelines. Not sure what that means, but I follow scientific data with research and evidence to back it up and that is what I brought her. She refused to even look at the research I provided and simply told me that she would not prescribe my medication. Even after pointing out her lateness, I received no apology for the hour delay in seeing her. Frankly, Iâm disgusted by the treatment I received and I am worried for the reputation that G.I. Associates will carry if they employ doctors that are this ignorant. Maybe if she had been on time, she would have had the time to read the research I brought her. Instead, she adhered to âher own guidelinesâ and sent a patient out in tears. Save yourself the time and money, or at least avoid Dr. Jennifer Palmer at all costs.
