We would like to amend this review to say that once we posted this review, the company contacted us immediately and admitted that they were not able to provide good service to small businesses and were moving away from serving as broker for small businesses altogether. They also offered to help us transition to another broker.
It would have been helpful if they had told their small clients about the change to their business, instead of ignoring us. Ultimately we found our own new broker, but in the meantime, Gaspar has given us help with the transition. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Gaspar Insurance has the WORST customer service we have ever encountered. They truly don’t seem to care if their customers stay or go. They don’t return calls or emails, they don’t apologize when they can’t provide the service you need when you need it, they can’t get policies done in time and when you have a difficult insurance question they just ghost you.
I have been with Gaspar Insurance Services for quite sometimes now. Despite current difficult situation of several reputable Insurance company not accepting new clients, Ms. Pamela Folbaum is able to provide me a Landlord Policy in a timely manners.
