1. All of these reviews just seem fake and say the same thing but I have an actual complaint. My dad is a United States veteran of the United States Navy and he hired and is still under contract by Gardberg in Kimberly to get his VA benefits. Well they said that they only could get him 20% being a disabled veteran that he is. So my dad took it upon himself to get more that he was entitled to. He watched all of the videos on YouTube that told him what he needed to do in order to get a higher percentage and now he’s at 90% disabled. Through no help of GARBAGE and Kimberly. They themselves even tried to tell the VA that they got my dad the 20% that they promised him even though he himself did all the work. Thankfully they were denied but that right there is very shady. They’re now avoiding his phone calls over him confronting them over it. They’re not for the veterans non whatsoever. Like I said my dad did all the work on his own though he’s under contract with Garbage and Kimberly so he’s going to have to pay them something even though they did literally nothing to help him. He’s now working on getting 100% disabled and you could watch and follow all of the YouTube videos yourself to get that 100% disabled status to get your money as well. I would never take anything to Gardberg and Kimberly or any lawyer for that matter because it’s faster and easier just doing it on your own if you have the patience, can take direction from YouTube videos and follow directions, and the best thing about it is that it doesn’t cost you any money. The YouTube channel that my dad specifically watched to help him get his benefits though was through Combat Craig.Take care to all the veterans out there 🇺🇲⚓💪

2. I went to Gardberg and Kemmerly to help with my child’s disability claim and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Noell and Gretta were professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping my child get the benefits they needed. I highly recommend Noell to anyone going through a similar situation. The entire process was very smooth and Noell made sure that she kept me informed throughout the entire process! I will never be able to thank her and this wonderful firm enough. 1000/10

3. I had the pleasure of working with Noell Espaillat for many years and I have never met a person more dedicated to her work and clients. She completely and whole heartedly takes on every case with just as much care and attentiveness as she would for her family. I know that I will always recommend Noell to everyone for their Social Security Disability needs. She truly is a class act and I personally am better for knowing her!

4. 🚨🚨UPDATE🚨🚨 There was NO misunderstanding, you said that I requested that you quit and that’s an ABSOLUTE LIE! Again, I told you that it was time to quit sitting on your hands and earn the payment we both agreed to. But instead of stepping up and representing my best interest’s, you decide to quit. Not a misunderstanding, you were dishonest and you lack the integrity to follow through with your contractual obligations. That’s the facts.

   I received your letter yesterday stating you are closing my file per my request!?!? That’s the most dishonest statement EVER! You entered into a contract to represent me and my best interest and to do so in an honest manner. You Colin Kemmerly have NOT reached out to me not one single time, until yesterday. Your associates have only reached out a couple of times, all conversations have been preserved with my home security system for further review if necessary, and in this conversations your associates were extremely aggressive and dishonest on numerous occasions. When I spoke to your associates this week I told them that I have had enough of y’all sitting on your hands and not doing what should be done to properly represent me and my best interest. I said GET TO WORK and earn that 25% of the claim! I didn’t say to quit. So you stating that is completely FALSE. I will give you the opportunity to reflect on the dishonesty displayed by you Colin as well as your associates over the weekend. You have my number, I would like an HONEST apology and for you to adhere to your contractual obligations concerning my claim. If I do not hear from you then I will file complaints through the proper channels followed by civil litigation.
