Gamestop has been a go too for me for decades. This one being the main one Iāve gone too. Only complaint is they donāt care anything thatās not current. If itās older they say itās retro and not carried. Went in looking for a Wii control.. they didnāt have it and said they could order it, 20 dollars but I couldnāt pick the color or condition.. thatās a big no on that for me.
My little brother tried to get renew his headset but a guy said they canāt do anything and wonāt let him renew his headset that expires on may 30
Great service, nice selection, nice and tidy atmosphere. Would recommend. Also is right next door to a great ice cream place.
I would have given GameStop 5 stars but I only gave them 4 because as someone who plays video games I have come to find out that there is a lot of bad games out there, and thatās why it great that GameStop letās you return any of there used games as long as itās within 7 days, but GameStop donāt have very many used games for the newer systems. So you have to be careful of what you buy cause itās new they donāt do returns. You can always trade it in for significantly less than you paid, but hey thatās business.
What I donāt understand is that you call ahead to get the proper information for their trade in time to make sure you make it there in a timely manner for them to keep you waiting past the time to tell you that they canāt accept the trade in because itās past the time. The guy didnāt even bother to give a solution or call another store for wasting my time. Very unprofessional and if I could hive this location a zero rating I would. 0/10 would not recommend
