I guess this store is basically for skinny girls, is ok, I bought a nice blouse that fitted me so i was happy. Last year I bought some cute red sandals that I canāt wear, it hurts my feet, but I guess they donāt have any store guarantee of customer satisfaction, so Iām stuck with them.
Great customer service. Everything is reasonably priced. It is a very fashion trendy place. Canāt go wrong if looking for a gift!
Nice sale people when you are looking.. But if u need to return an item forget about it they are rude and no help at all ..i tried to return a denim vest the day after i bought it with the receipt. But was told because the tag came off they could not sell it on the floor no more like if they dont have a gun for that type of thingā¦. I am pertty sure they must work on commission and that store is never full of customers like forever 21 is so they cant afford to lose a saleā¦lol. Just saying
modern, clean shopping store, very organized, but I personally have to shout out Dede, she was so professional and helpful throughout the whole process, super great customer service! I walked in to just look around, but somehow I ended up buying multiple items haha
