  1. I couldn’t find out any info about this property. The property manager doesn’t answer her phone. Several websites have this place available for rent, but when I contact them. I get nothing, so I tracked down the company that rents out these lofts/studios. They told me it was sold off, & that they have no clue who runs it now. Their office is closed indefinitely, & you can’t get inside. The apartment listed on the web as soon to be available is actually the in-person tour unit, believe it or not, & it sits outside the leasing office. It makes no sense, but it’s a really small apartment to say the least. Great when you’re just one person, & like the modern gated security & locked garage unit for parking whatever you use to commute, like electric scooters with some storage room available. The units are literally great for people seeking that extra security, & when they are wanting to be minimalist with their lives. I honestly wish there were more apartments like this available. I’m tired of listings in the ghettos asking for $1400+ rent on run down, slightly renovated condos, or 2+ bedroom isolated homes. Single people don’t need all of that useless extra space, & the last thing you want is one of your neighbors telling someone you got a nice guitar or whatever inside. It doesn’t take much to kick in those warped door frames!

  2. The properties are really nice and I was very interested in them but I gave up on their properties because of very poor customer service. Been trying to get a hold of the property manager Danielle. I called a few times and left her two messages and she never returned the calls. I was told to contact her for information and to set up an appointment for a tour. That never happened. Not happy with this property manager.
