  1. If your looking for work don’t come here. They’ll barred you for all locations because of a background check but by law as long a it’s not theft of felony based they can’t do that but they’ll still block you from applying elsewhere. They never have wor. Been on their availability list for months. They play favoritism as well they’ll never call you. Fresno Agency’s are the WORST! Hope you guys get shut down.

  2. What happened to fullsteam, they never played favorism years back, i applied again to this company cause they use to great but not anymore, i call and call and keep being put on the wait list, a couple days ago, i called and the lady said there was a 2nd shift job but it was just filled, ask for my name and i gave it to her and she laughed and said she thougjt about me but called someone else *aka favoritism * and i told her how you going to do that, i been calling constantly looking for work and you guys keep putting me on the wait list and this how you do things? She laughed like it was something to laugh about, it was very unprofessional tbh, your team needs to be trained again, too bad i didnt catch her name or i would put a complain on her, thats not even funny, how she gonna do that, skip ppl like that, i honestly felt like if the person she called didnt take the job she would call me then so basically she skip me, they already know who i am cause as soon as i call they recognize my voice.

  3. Very professional and quick. I filled out my application online at 10 pm, the next morning I received a call to come in for the second portion of the onboarding process. Was there less than 30 mins and they make sure you have all your documents before hand so you don’t waste your time. Highly recommended.

  4. i am disappointed. it’s been over few months since i visited the office and i have gotten no calls/emails whatsoever regarding a job. now i’m sure this ties into the economy being tough right now and potentially my job experience, but i expected more given they’re a staffing agency. my biggest problem is that Full team staffing makes you fill out a TON of paperwork. it takes over an hour, it starts to feel like online homework. it feels that all of this can wait til they find a job placement for you. otherwise, you’re spending all this time doing this paperwork and answering questionnaires for no reason .they will not even work with your schedule regardless family situation ….. they make it seem to where youll have a job once you signed up but give you the cold shoulder Once recruited
