  1. This place felt like your typical small town diner with a large enough place to fit everyone in town in. I recommend the daily specials as the food comes out hot and ready in just a matter of minutes. The country fried steak was as good here as some of the best places I’ve ever had. You will walk out full and happy if you had the same experience as I did.

  2. I had a takeout order from them and enjoy it. I decided to dine in one morning to eat. I recalled having their pancakes and bacon. The TNT pancakes and bacon was delicious. I tried to eat all three of the huge pancakes. Left a half of pancake. Also had the sausage and gravy. That was decent. Only complaint was that the biscuit got cold quick and that was due to the air conditioner inside the building was very cold. Like the fact they have their table set up to where if you need charge your phone you can. I love the table setting. Great atmosphere and our waiter was very polite.

  3. I absolutely loved this restaurant! A wonderful experience with a family style atmosphere. Our waitress Tiffany was speedy, professional, and down right friendly with the upmost hospitality! I loved how there is choices between large food portions and smaller portions; all at very low prices! All the food we tired was delicious like a home cooked meal with a little diner twist. When traveling through AL I will be returning to this place for another welcoming meal!

  4. Went in to eat dinner. First timers at that. We both ordered the smaller sized steak. Whenever we got our food, 45 minutes later, I had a pretty steak and my spouse had a very thin and small steak. Baked potatoes were tiny and not all the way cooked (very hard on the inside). My spouse was not happy, at all.

No refills on our tea either. We were both out of tea and never once were we asked about a refill. After receiving the bill we looked over, as everyone else would do, we were found to have been charged for the large steak and the smaller one. Something we didn’t ask for. My spouse said I lucked out with the wrong order since his steak was smaller than what you would get at a WH at 2am.

The noise level was pretty high and it was hard to hear across the table. The loudness you would find in a busy bar where people are loud.

I wanted to try a dessert but every item I asked for one they were β€œfreshly” out and just sold the last one. Basically no desserts were in the restaurant. A friend of mine after telling her my experience told me that she had a horrible experience there as well and no desserts for her either. She just held back from telling me since she thought it may have been an off night in their restaurant. Nope.

One and done. We could have gone somewhere else and left much happier. We tipped but it was one of those times where you cringe to tip.

Getting in the door was another issue. Huge crowd of men were hanging outside talking, all smoking. I felt as if I needed permission to get through the crowd whenever we left.
