I would like to say Andrea and Jessica are very nice people. This is a scam business! Absolutely do not do come here for car insurance nor work with Jessica Vidal. How she even has the title ‘Manager’ is perplexing.
Long story short, we had a 6 month renewal. We paid our dues and triple confirmed upfront, in-person with Jessica Vidal when signing that the payment made covered for 6 months, period.
Fast forward 3-4 months into our policy, we had an accident & we find out we’re not covered. We meet Jessica, she apologizes saying it’s her fault and states that we don’t have insurance. You received all your fancy broker fees & payments, what the hell is that supposed to mean? We received no letters, no follow-ups & all you have to say is, Im sorry it’s my fault but this is your problem now? None of this makes sense.
This is absolutely a scam business, do not take your business here. We’re left in with an accident without insurance. How would you cope with this if you renewed in-person for 6 months, confirmed that the payment made in-person covered 6 MONTHS, only to find out you actually weren’t? You would feel as if you’ve been swindled, right?
Absolutely Terrible service & even more Terrible human being of Jessica Vidal. You want a return call from the supervisor? You best believe that won’t be happening.
I highly encourage everyone to not do business with shady people like her or this company.
This insurance company is not as it seems. Please don’t go to that place. Insurance will more than double after the six months policy is over and once you cancel they will not give you the remaining of your money back. The customer service is not great. They are not great at explaining what’s going on and seem a little bit hostile. Go to another place. Don’t even bother to call the number below. I called and they redirected me to customer service. They were not helpful at all and said that I was calling the wrong number. This car insurance place is a scam.
this place is a scam, they give you such bad customer service and your insurance will increase double the price after their 6 month policy. This place is full of flies everywhere outside and inside their office which i find so disgusting , no wonder flies are so comfortable in their office. they will try to take as much money from you as humanly possible and if you leave they will not give you your money back from the month that you already payed. they unprofessionally excused it to inflation and once you tell them that you want to cancel they are mean to you
make yourself a favor and don’t come here, save your money
