Krystal Relf made the process so easy for me today!!! I’d had a 45 minute wait on the phone with customer service only to be connected to someone who could not help me and suggested I visit the local branch. After attempting to reach someone by phone for three days to no avail…I wanted to change insurance companies but I took off work and visited the local office and Krystal made the wait all worth it! She was efficient, professional and very kind. My entire process was completed quickly and I am so happy with the service she provided. Totally Awesome!! Thanks Krystal!!
Alisha Robinson helped me with my renewal policy and it didn’t even take 20 minutes to do. She was really calm and helpful, two things that are hard to find in customer service sometimes.
Went in to renew my insurance policy. It was $75 a month! Charlotte Washington found me a policy based on my time with the them, age and accidents (zero) which brought me down to less than $30 a month!! Would definitely recommend Freeway for your insurance needs. Great staff. Been with them for 12 years.
