Garth did a great job when he serviced my air conditioner. He was on time, very considerate and explained in detail his findings, as well as having knowledge about my specific problem. I felt I was in great hands. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I was and am very happy with him.
Justin Chamblee was incredibly kind and yet efficient. Mostly he understood my situation of having NO air conditioning in this Alabama summer. The fact that he explained in detail almost everything I need to repair my system, what most of the alternatives are, and prices for each was a relief to this old lady on a “fixed” income. There are financing options with the company. What he did NOT explain was that there were NO options for no “extended labor and parts” warranty. I have a home warranty for that, so did not need it. Justin indicated that it was part of the installation fee/process.
I’m having a heck of a time getting reimbursed by his company for the service contract I got that I don’t want.
That said, the installation crew was fast, accurate, and had my air conditioner and condenser up and running the very next day.
Eric is great 👍 very respectful, professional and courteous. He did a great job of explaining what was going on with my situation and what would be done to resolve the issue. And, after finding out the repairs would be somewhat pricey, he even helped out with payment options. Good man, and great work!
Johnathan was extremely nice, friendly and professional. He found the problem on our air conditioner immediately. He worked it all out in no time.
