The management here was exactly what we needed when we first moved here 3 years ago. My partner and I were very weary, because we’d lived in college towns before and had not been treated well.
It’s been different in the best way at Foxwood. The management here, especially Letha Ringer, really went out of their way to create a welcome and fun environment. Little things like welcoming our Emotional Support Animal paperwork, getting reduced rent through fun Halloween events with their team, and recently helping us with our AC unit. I highly recommend this place for its management staff. Thanks y’all!
I moved here a month ago, the management and maintenance team are so helpful and approachable. Location is nice as it is near to groceries and other stores. I am just kinda concern with my door lock as there is no other 2nd lock, but so far, i am safe and the community/apartment complex seems peaceful and safe. Thanks.
Letha was over the top amazing as well as Marcus. Everytime I needed a service done it got done in a timely manner. Letha even stayed after hours to help me with a problem I had. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of were how many roaches there were. You could not leave one piece of food out without seeing at least like 10 roaches in the kitchen 30 minutes later. I even had to start leaving my kitchen trash can outside. I used roach bait, washed dishes every day and wiped the counter tops with bleach and never took food in any other room but they would not go away. But to be fair it is an apartment complex so if the other tenants around you aren’t keeping up with it then they probably will continue to be a problem. Other than that I didn’t have any problems and I really loved the lay out, the khaki colored walls, and the nest thermostat!
The move out process at Foxwoods Apartments was very easy going and hassle free. The Manager Leetha as she always has been, was helpful in giving me all of the information I needed to make my process smooth, and stress free.
I have really enjoyed my experience living at the Foxwood Apartment homes. Management is amazing. Letha and Marcus Are always so helpful and kind. And they’re always making you feel welcome. Foxwood is also incredibly pet friendly! The only thing I wish was different was that the dog park was a little bit bigger and maybe had some shade but that’s still not even a complaint. I’ve always felt safe and at home here.
