My dryer quit working on a Friday a 3:30. I thought I had the right diagnoses but after stopping in at 4:30pm, Mike listened to what my issue was and got me on the right track. Way cheaper than a repair call and the parts Mike recommended were spot on. Can’t thank Mike enough!!!

Dryer stopped working Wednesday evening. Did research online for issues ect and sourced parts. Called Fox when they opened Thursday morning. Told them what I was dealing with and Jeff set me up with the parts. 11am Thursday I had my dryer repaired. Highly recommend
