Very helpful staff. Repairs have been good & not expensive.
I was having issues with my phone connection and in need of a cheap phone for my trip to the USA, and for an urgent call I needed to make to my home country. They were attentive and helpful. Though, halfway through helping me, I had to wait about 20 mins or so inside their store while they locked up and all the staff (brothers I assume) were eating dinner in the back room. I thought this was very unprofessional. One of them could have stayed and helped me.
I brought a second hand iPhone which was a good price I thought, however I soon discovered the battery life was very short, and so it was in need of a new battery. As it needed a new battery, I don’t think it was a good price and I got ripped off. I would have paid a bit more if they had themselves put a new battery in.
Let me be the first to tell you guys, don’t be fooled by the five star reviews on this place, they are probably all fake reviews from friends and family. The real reviews have to be filtered out. This store is run by crooks. I bought 2 type-c to USB cables, which were advertised as fast charging, yet only charged my phone 2 % in 3 hours of use. Whilst using waze, the battery on my phone and my dad’s actually went DOWN while using these cables. I spent $30 on 2 cables, but went to Target and bought a high quality car adpater and cable for less than $25. Had we continued using the cables from here, we would have have gotten lost on highway 1 if and when our phones died. This scam came very close to ruining my family’s trip to SF. Would give minus 5 stars if I could.
These guys are fantastic they have excellent products and are opened late.
