From the beginnings of searching for an apartment, to the ease of transition from step to step, all the way to signing the lease and moving in, Edgar has been nothing but helpful. He is always on top of things and what I especially appreciate is that when I ask for help or inform him of something that needs attention, he is quick to get it fixed and is always on top of his game, not to mention he always does it with kindness and lots of positivity. If anyone else were to ask me about anything Fountain Park related I would immediately tell them to call and ask for Edgar because I know he is reliable, helpful, and always willing to do everything he can to meet your needs and expectations. I’m an applicant and the process of approval. Viewing the vacancy was a breeze. The property is well kept and quiet just how I like my environment to be. The application to hold the place was a quick process as well. I was able to pay online for the credit check and fill out the required information in under 5 minutes. After viewing the place I was easily able to contact and speak with my leasing agent Joe Knox. He answered the list of questions I had and let me know the next steps. I’d encourage anyone to apply to check out what’s available.
I’ve been at Fountain Park for several years and always really appreciated the quite nice renovated apartments, prompt repair services, and excellent location.
Recently I also wanted to move from one apartment to a separate one that fit some of my checkboxes better, but the lease-end and lease-start dates of the two apartments made it kind of tricky. I worked with Edgar on the Fountain Park team and he helped me sort out basically all the trickier lease-transfer arrangements in a super fast turnaround which was awesome. Would definitely recommend the apartments and have been a fan of the team there as well!
Listen to the reviews that talk about poor management and leasing team. My girlfriend scheduled an appointment to view available units, she did not receive any information on how to access the units like she was told. The team was supposed to send out an email with details ahead of her appointment and failed to do so. Upon contacting the team during her appointment time they failed to answer the phone and emails. after thirty minutes into her appointment (the length of what the self guided tour would be) someone contacts her saying because it’s the end of her scheduled viewing time she needs to reschedule. Mind you, we traveled to view the units from the bay area. The team was supposedly unable to answer her questions because they were all touring – but it’s a self guided tour?? The management is a mess, and are not helpful or accommodating.
Only for 4 month life here:
1)My bicycle was stolen from the storage room. This room was locked with a key, and there was a camera near the door. So…. A bicycle was stolen from the storage room. Don’t put your bike there. Although it’s also now scary to leave things on the balcony.
2)The battery from my motorcycle was stolen in the ‘secure’ parking lot.
3) Someone stole the package.
Really… I feel unsafe here.
