The manager is rude and I bought something online for pick up in store went in and was told my item was not in stock so I ordered online ship to home and then I received an email order was ready for pick up in store when I was told it wasnât in stock as I already purchased online I was informed to not do the pick up in store and the money would be returned to my card. I then got another email that my order was picked up so some employee stole my purchase. This is the second time the manager has said there was a problem with my online in store purchase.
My lady loves this place, hard to find certain sizes sometimes, but overall pretty good.
I was very disappointed, we were at the store 11am Friday. My granddaughter was looking for a graduation dress, needless to say she had picked out about 10 dresses to try on, we walked to the dressing room and it was closed. We were told that we had to wait until 1230 because the person who watches the dressing room would not be in till then. Who can always walk into a store and buy without trying it on and what an inconvenience. So we left everything on the counter and walked out. It was like the sales people had an oh well attitude.
I love Forever21. I buy inside and online constantly. The only suggestion I would give is if they had a little girlâs and a menâs section⊠even if they were small areas in their stores. Then I could buy for everyone
Just went with wifey scoping out the merchandise for Christmas gift ideas. Still, a good experience. We shall return.
