Chuck came out today to diagnose an issue with my washing machine. He was amazing! Not only did he help me understand what was going on, but he got the washer working until the part we will be replacing comes in.

Our technician was timely, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed the problem correctly and promptly. The cost of the repair was pretty high, but you get what you pay for. Besides, we want to support this locally-owned business, and the work is such good quality. He fixed our GE downdraft.
The installers were fast, thorough and very friendly! They took the time to explain how to operate the dishwasher and about its warranty. Also, they cleaned the space when they were done! 👍🏽👍🏽
