I bought these ribs 3 weeks ago, took them out today & when they were unthaw this is what they looked like . They were brown & black , & had a bad smell. So I called the store & the manager said Iāll have to come in , in the morning to the meat department. Then she said without a receipt itās nothing she can do . If the product was good we wouldnāt be having this conversation. Being nice nasty , but Iāll never go to this place again. Shop at your own risk
I am sharing and upgrading my current review of 1 star from 7 months ago. I must give credit where credit is due. This store has picked up since then and I must state the following. Floors were clean enough to move around with other shoppers. The meats were neatly stacked or iced properly. There were no foul smells within the isle nor near meats. Cashiers and customer service was timely and courteous. Security was also provided inside while shoppers carried on their day. I enjoyed the fair priced products and US meats. Great turn around. They have a lot of specials going on in here. The five for five is my fave special. They also have a big selection of meats to choose from. You can get a lot from here on budget. One negative is the smell you get hit with when you walk into the store.

I purchased my Groceryās to cook and I didnāt receive my chicken I call and advise I didnāt receive answered all questions came up to establishment even showed my receipt and advised her that I didnāt receive it she kept telling me to look at the footage and I kept telling her that I didnāt receive what I paid for at all as if her cashier couldnāt have left it in a bag and another customer grab it we have been shopping here since I was a child so to have someone make accusations that Iām stealing when I have told them on a repeated bases that I donāt have the product I wouldnāt be here if I had it is crazy I told her due to the confrontation that we had I will return all merchandise and discontinue shopping here due to the fact issue was not resolved I was told in a nice nasty tone thatās fine we close at 8 no customer service was given here it makes me feel that because Iām black you came at me like Iām a theft and the black people are the main ones supporting your business
