This lady was rude since the gecko not freindly wat so ever looks mad just for being there doing what they pay her to do
I hope they run the cameras I feel like I should get a refund I was gonna have her just return everything the customer service was not it
I kept asking her to stop and to take her time she was speeding and throwing my things to fast I asked her to stop over 3x one of my cup of noodles fell to the floor of how fast she was going I hope no one experiences the way I was treated I want any upper management to contact me
This location is my favorite. It’s big. It’s clean. . Always enough registers open. Never too many people shopping. Great selection of fresh produce. Every worker is pleasant.
This location is always great for quality. I love the fresh meat counter at the imperial and western location. My only complaint is the lines are always long and I often forget laundry detergent because it locked up in the front. But in their defence, the entire neighborhood is like that. Slauson and western, customer service is not so great but at least the have self checkout, which saves you a lot of time.
Justine the Cashier didn’t seem she was loving her job. Even the manager/person in charge had to be direct to let her know to put away all Items in Carts . In her ear I observe air pods .
We need the Customer Service to always be uplifting no matter what time of the day is because you are dealing with the public.
Always a clean and spacious store. Most items are found there, though occasionally some specific Mexican herbs are not. Overall, the customer service is well also, the cashiers are always friendly. Good store!
