It has come to my attention that the current staffing levels and self-checkout options are inadequate to handle the customer volume on Friday nights, resulting in unacceptably long wait times of approximately 35 minutes. I kindly request that this matter be addressed to ensure a more efficient and satisfactory customer experience.

My bike was stolen and no one wants to help, I want to warn everyone that you canā€™t leave bikes and mopeds at this store because the store security only controls the inside of the store, and they donā€™t want to guard whatā€™s happening on the porch of the store under the surveillance camera, even though the porch of the store is part of the store itself. The store managers donā€™t even want to show the camera footage, pandering to the criminals, and the store parking security doesnā€™t help either, they donā€™t watch your vehicles, the managers and the security organization of the storeā€™s territory are absolutely incompetent

Today ,I was informed that I could not enter the Food 4 Less store at 1700 W 6th in Los Angeles, California, with my delivery backpack due to store policy, as conveyed by the security guard on July 13, 2024 around 6:55. I explained to the security guard that the backpack was my personal item, necessary for carrying groceries as the store charges for bags. The guard directed me to speak with the store manager in a black shirt. When I approached the manager and reiterated the situation, stating my need for the delivery grocery packpack to shop, especially considering the presence of armed security guards and surveillance cameras, the manager insisted it was store policy to not allow the me to walk with my delivery grocery backpack . I argued that I had never encountered such an issue while shopping at Food 4 Less or other Kroger-owned stores over the years. Feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store, I decided to leave and expressed my intention to contact Kroger Corporation/Food 4 Less to address the matter because this is not no store policy , because if it was all the Kroger own stores with have the same policy due it being a corporation and not a franchise. Lastly, I will be contacting my my lawyer because I believe I was actually profile which Iā€™m going into details until I talk with my later It was disappointing to face this obstacle in my new local store, prompting me to consider returning to my previous neighborhood for grocery shopping.

  4. They donā€™t trip on me having my little dog with me, probably because he is very well behaved and doesnā€™t piss on everything or bark at everything. Only thing is they always seem to have hella long lines and like only 2 cashiers working. Wah wah

  5. Jessica P provided the worst customer service I have experienced by far while shopping at Food 4 Less.
    She was rude, by being sarcastic and her attitude was nasty!
    The issue at hand was the store was crowded and paused my transaction to assist an employee. It was not fair that I had to wait in a long line only to get in front to the register to be placed on hold because Iā€™m a customer and not an employee.
    She told me to relax and chill the employee only had one item compared to my four. It shouldnā€™t matter how many items I had, she should have made aware that she was going to assist someone first instead of just placing me on hold. And to ā€œrelax and chillā€. I relaxed and chilled until it was time to assist me, how much longer did she want me to wait ?
    I must say I asked the manager if I could speak to him while he was assisting customers, he finished his transactions, closed the line, and came to my aide.
    He heard my side, then immediately went to address the problem with Jessica P. and I do thank him for the right away-ness.
