Convenient location with reasonable affordability for the Fashion/Mission Valley area. Early open hours. Easy access restrooms near the front. Neat. Friendly staff. Well planned self check out system.
The store is very organized. I enjoyed my shopping here. They have the quality stuffs at a very low price. Plus, the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
You can walk around the store for 20 minutes looking for a certain product and not find an employee who can help you. The security guard won’t let you go inside with your backpack and asks you to leave it at the front door. Is it okay to consider every visitor with a backpack a criminal?
EMPLOYEES UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MIND ALTERNATING CHEMICALS. THE STORE IS EXTREMELY DIRTY. I’ve reported this store to the BBB. There was an employee once smoking a cigarette inside the store. I have called the health and safety department. Outside the store, a lot of people are under the influence of alcohol and other substances. The employees are quite aware of homeless people and others selling drugs. I have called law enforcement officials and was told the store is under investigation. NOTE: CONTACT the government and homeland security. The border patrol and swat force will take immediate measures to insure safety.
Bad experience,
Today July 8 around 1230 we were in the register next to the self check out and the lady that was there was so rude to a US Veteran. She didn’t had patient what so ever and even snatch the cash out his hands. I don’t know why she’s even working there if she doesn’t have patient to do her job correctly.
Hopefully management sees these and do something about it. 😤😡🤬
