I went there to have an ingrown toenail removed. The office staff was nice and polite. But this review is not about the office staff or the very clean conditions. This review is about Dr Hames,,, I was very scared because I had had the procedure done before at a different office, and Dr Hames assured me that it would be a good experience unfortunately I was not convinced until he started. The procedure was almost completely painless and my toe has healed remarkably I had the procedure done on Tuesday and I went to dance class on Wednesday. I had something to do with the medical profession most of my life and I have never met a podiatrist who has done a better job on my feet. He was nice he was polite he was fantastic at his job a true physician. I am 4 days post procedure and it feels like I have never had anything wrong with my toe to begin with. All I can say is used Dr Hames for your podiatrist he is the best I’ve seen and I will let no one touch my feet but him. I am a dancer and my feet are very important to me he is the best.
Dr E. was fabulous for my foot needs. Very informative, kind and caring. If I ever have any trouble again, I will request an appointment with him!!
Dr. Engelthaler is absolutely fantastic! I visited him for an ingrown toenail, and he expertly took care of it with absolutely no pain involved. His skill and care are truly remarkable. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of podiatric care. Thank you, Dr. Engelthaler!
This doctor knows what’s going on. Smart, direct, accurate, energetic, informing, patient. Checks all the boxes you wish every doc did. We are lucky to have him in Florence. Very lucky.
I highly recommend Dr. Hames. He performed surgery on my of my feet four years ago. Now I am suffering with metarsal pain. Dr Hames has prescribed orthotics. The Receptionist is extremely nice .
