1. Superb physician and staff. Dr. Pruitt’s attentive and thorough care led to a very early cancer detection that was able to be dealt with accordingly. My entire family is seen by Dr. Pruitt and he is very approachable, and kind. Best physician I’ve had in the last 40 years.

2. Outstanding in all areas. Dr. Pruitt is personable, humble, thorough, and well-equipped for this area. I’m so thankful we found him! The office staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. Courtney is almost like an extended family member now 🙂

3. Dr. Pruitt is one of the best and most attentive physicians I have ever encountered. He very much cares about his patients, follows along with their situations, and makes personal phone calls to make sure that everything is OK.

   Dr. Justin Pruitt is a newly minted physician, a D.O. rather than a M.D., which means that his training emphasizes osteopathic medicine rather than allopathic medicine. At first I thought he might not be trained for the use or prescription of pharmaceuticals, which I do have to take courtesy of a heart condition. But my older son, who is an allopathic physician (internal medicine) emphatically endorsed the D.O., even over his own M.D. , and that endorsement has proven itself time and time again with Dr. Pruitt. In my experience, Dr. Pruitt not only has the medical and pharmaceutical expertise but everything better than the traditional M.D. .

   If you should want a really good primary care physician, he is very much the one. He is young, emphatic and empathetic and very caring of his patients. Both my daughter and I are signed up on his patient list and could not be happier.

   His office and nurse staff is also really nice, as well as attentive and efficient. I/we never have had to wait for more than 5-10 min before taken back to the back. His office is nicely appointed, in a small professional complex that is just off the highway south along Governor’s drive toward Big Cove, and quiet and easy to access.

   I highly recommend Dr. Justin Pruitt as one of the best in Huntsville.

4. I have been to Flint River Family Medicine multiple times. I have been impressed with the care I have received each visit. Dr. Pruitt is a knowledgeable, attentive, and reliable family doctor. The facility is pristine, the staff is friendly, and I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Pruitt. I know he is currently accepting new patients. Highly recommended !

5. Dr. Pruitt and his staff are fantastic! Our whole family is finally being seen in one place, children as well as parents. He is kind, courteous and listens to what the patient has to say. So happy we found him!
