1. I’ve been home shopping for a house for a while and worked with several realtors before I found this company. And I can for sure say that agents like Natalya are hard to find. The best real estate agent I ever met in my life. She knows in advance the price that must be offered in order to win. We lost 4 houses only because our budget was limited. In the end, we bought a house that we really like. Natalya managed to get for us $5,600 credit for repairs, and we got almost $10K rebate credit from her. She picks up phone calls every time you call her and answers texts and emails in a minute. In addition to her vast knowledge in the field, what really impressed me was her style and personality… my family and I felt she was very caring, understanding, genuine and informative. She is 100% good person with good heart. Two thumbs up! Thank you Natalya!

2. Natalya was helping us to buy our home. She was very sharp and professional during the entire process. We can’t recommend her enough, she demonstrated a wealth of knowledge when inspecting or looking at a new house. We submitted 3 offers and got every offer accepted despite multiple offers situation for every house. It seems incredible, but she always wins. Extraordinary person!!! She responds very fast and goes out of his way to get you what you are looking for. !! We were given answers to all and any questions we had. She kept us in the loop through the whole process. She walked us through every aspect of the transaction, we knew what to expect each day of the sale and what to expect from escrow. 3. I contacted Natalya because I liked the idea of a flat rate rather than a percentage of the sale. In our first email I knew exactly what her fees would be rather than knowing once the house sold. I did have my doubts as its non-traditional and there’s the “you get what you pay for” ideology to overcome initially, but due to her diligence and work ethic, I had not one but two offers by the end of the fifth day my house was posted. So yes, my house sold, I paid much less than I would have using a non-flat fee realtor, and both the buyer and I were happy. One of the best things about working with Natalya is she was willing to communicate with me by mostly texts and emails, and she’s fantastic at communicating. I always knew what was happening. I’ve worked with about a dozen realtors or so in my lifetime, Natalya ranks first among them. She already is the realtor on my next house and she’ll be the realtor on any homes in the future. Keep more of your money from the sale of your beloved home, use Natalya.Highly recommended them.

4. With Flat Rate LA Real Estate you really do get a full service realtor for a fraction of the cost. Natalya was excellent. She was very professional and did everything she said she would do. She is a very experienced realtor with strong local knowledge. She helped me price my property at market value so that we could sell quickly. I have worked with many realtors in the area who have always been full of excuses for their lack of communication. Not Natalya and her Flat Rate LA Real Estate team! Always there for the client! We saved over $18,000 just in our commission! It was truly a pleasure doing business with Natalya and Flat Rate Real Estate!!

5. The 5 star rating does not do our experience selling and buying a home with Natalya justice (wish I could go way higher). Beyond her amazing responsiveness and her clear expertise in pricing and negotiating, Natalya is just an A+ person. She genuinely cares about you and your goals. OH AND DID I MENTION SHE SAVED US $19k+ IN COMMISSIONS ON TOP OF THAT. Work with Natalya!
