Dimitri worked on my gas dryer and did an excellent job. He was on time, called before arriving, explained what he was going to do before performing tasks and then showed me what it would cost based on the work he suggested. I stood with him as he performed each task. Fairly priced (I called three appliance repair places before selecting Fix appliance & HVAC repair). All had high ratings (stars, recent positive comments, etc.) however Dimitri responded quickly. I would recommend him for service, quality and fair value.
Great service, quick repair, and we got a better understanding on what the issue was with our appliance and how to make sure to avoid the issue. Very happy with our set.
