Went on the 4th of July and the lobby was clean and full of customers eating delicious food. The Manager Vanessa took my order and helped me understand the menu. I ordered a Little cheeseburger and small Cajun fries. Definitely worth the visit to this location. The atmosphere was lovely along with the music playlist. Iâll definitely be back to order a hotdog next time.
Ordering through the app was a breeze. However, it said my food was going to be done by a certain time but they took about 30 minutes longer than what I was told even though the store was empty. We were there inside waiting and no one asked if we needed help or if we were waiting for an order. The food was bearable, the meat was lacking flavor and the fries were way too salty. The burgers werenât hot when we got them, they were almost cold. The bacon was a little tough and chewy. I didnât ask for onion but still had onions in my burger. I also didnât get the A1 steak sauce, didnât get any either. The best part of my burger was the mushrooms and lettuce. The patties were dry and like I said earlier, pretty bland. Not a great experience at all.
The hype of this place has definitely exceeded itâs quality for me. Itâs just an overpriced burger place. I went there for my last time today. It was over $30 for a cheeseburger, regular fries, and a shake. Plus I tipped the cashier (he was nice, they always are at this location). But itâs too much money for a greasy, gristle-filled burger and limp fries. I even asked for the fries well-done this time. But they were still soggy :L
Burger was good. Before when i ordered I remember them placing a cup of fries and dumping more in the bag, every location i went.
This time the $4.60 âlittle friesâ were really little and no extra in the bag. Check photo. Pretty bad value.
Absolutely Satisfying! Just no kid menu â burgers and prices are the same for kids & adults but kids ate it all! Order two bags of fries for 4 people and it worked out. We were hungry and craving a good burger and fries after being away on a Mex vaca! We landed and hit Five Guys! Juicy burgers and great tasting fries! Total satisfaction!
