I got the BLT and the bacon was so hard I could not eat my sandwich. My fries were very good, nice and hot and well seasoned. The floor was wet in some places from drink spills but it was a little busy. My cashier was a real gem. She was just awesome. I am hard of hearing and she did her best to face me so I could hear her or atleast see her face.
The service was very good. The food was even better. I requested that my sandwich went “all the way” and they did! Let us put it this way. You could get a fork or not get a fork. You have that option. At first, I didn’t get one. But pretty soon I found out that there was no way I was going to be able to have all the toppings unless I had a fork!
Everything about my sandwich, the fries, my soda, and the atmosphere was just great. I told them when I was leaving that I had a very happy tummy!
As a gig worker, I can’t say that I’ve tasted their food but my husband loves their French fries. I will also say the employees there are super
nice and I don’t mind going to pick up the orders.
Great food. Best burger and fries you’ll get around here.
However, we customers walk up to the counter, order, pay, get own drinks, and get our own order from the other counter when it’s ready.
So why are y’all asking for tips? This whole “tip everyone for everything” is getting out of hand. I will avoid for now.
When we visited Five Guys in California, MD, we were greeted by Darryl. He was pleasant, professional during the order process. Once all customers order and were waiting for their meals, Darryl quickly moved to the dining area and was cleaning tables before heading back behind the counter to greet new customers entering the establishment.
