This gym has very unprofessional staff who speak rudely to clients. There is no point in joining this gym again due to hygiene problems and the fact that they play love songs. Additionally, if you play songs, they tell you to lower the volume. I really don’t understand if it’s a gym or a school with such strict rules.
“Out of nowhere, while you’re working out, they will call you to reception to ask for your membership number to verify if you are a member or not. They already have a punching system, so what is the use of that?”
This gym is very nice, has very good machines. I would say this gym is also like in a level of the Fitness First Hamilton House which is based in Connaught Place. It has very good ambience, very good music and very good vibe. Must visit here. But the only problem is with the A.C. Sometimes the A.C. doesn’t work. Please get the A.C. checked.
Better options available in Malviya Nagar at such rates. The trainers would keep pestering you for personal training and would not let u work out. At such rates, go for absolute fitness or any other high end gym.

Crowd is also low grade and mostly Chhapri types. Ladies. Please avoid.
Management is in shambles and frankly the gym is like a ship without a rudder. The staff has almost no courtesy and the gym is no where near to where it was a couple of years ago.
The equipment is getting old, doesn’t get regular maintenance, the dumbbells are always scattered and so are the plates. Combine that with the amount they take for membership, which is equivalent to what the top fitness chains take, would you really go here?
I’ve been trying to get in touch with the manager for over a week now but no luck so far. Due to a family emergency, I had to move back to my hometown and I’d been reaching out to find a solution to get a refund by getting my membership transferred to an existing client. I paid for seven months straight and could only come for three. There’s been no communication from the management whatsoever which is disheartening. It’s a service-based industry, please bear that in mind. Thank you.
