  1. Very welcoming gym! Great introduction as I greeted the team member, Issac, he took great care of me! During the tour it was very clean and neat. This is the first time i’ve ever left a review. This place deserves the recognition. I recommend everyone to use the Hydromassage! They let you use it during the tour! I felt spoiled (:

  2. I had a good experience with them handling my account. Some of the employees were very friendly. I don’t enjoy gyms much in general though, the main thing I don’t like is I don’t enjoy listening to the music at the gym, but this is pretty much a feature at all gyms. They charge inexpensive rates and offer some flexibility if you need to pause your account, which is something I’m not sure many gyms offer. Seems like a good option for a gym that can be flexible if other commitments come up.

  3. I’ve been a member of the gym for several years and still love this location! I took a break from training for a bit and have come back to work with Austin Penna as a personal trainer. Working with him has made a HUGE difference in my progress, consistency, and enthusiasm to keep going back.

Austin is an exceptional trainer by all measures: he tailors workouts based on your goals, considers limitations and ability, provides lessons in the what and why of the movements, and always has a great attitude. He has excellent attention to detail when providing feedback on exercise movements, even if they’re minor tweaks. I can honestly attribute many of my exercise successes and knowledge to his guidance and support.

Overall, all of the staff are super helpful and friendly, and the gym is consistently well maintained.

Also, major shout out to the manager, Kevin, for always being helpful and sporting a friendly, welcoming smile at all times!

  4. Great gym, great staff, and great workout environment. I would definitely recommend going to this gym. If you know anything about gyms know that 3pm to 7pm are typically the busiest hours, so plan accordingly. All the staff is ready to answer any questions you may have and will ensure you get the answer or assistance. A special shout out to my guy Bryan, he’s always positive and in good spirits. All in all this gym has the best staff in all the nearby gyms, keep up the great work.

  5. 4.5 star gym. What’s makes it’s great; the staff is super welcoming and the management does their best to train them. Management is also willing to work with you, look out for the new birthday cake protein bars! Alyssa is their top worker, only one that really gets up from behind the desk and goes the extra mile. Good amount of free weights and machines. Decently clean and I often see the cleaner running around. Could do better getting hair along the turf.

The negative is it’s too crowded. I try not to go during high times and I can still be waiting 10-15 minutes for a machine (specifically the cable pull, lat pull and sometimes leg press) to finish off my workout.
