  1. Training with Aaron is one of the best choices I could’ve made for myself! Aaron has a high level of intelligence about nutrition, fitness, movement, and wellness. He is extremely precise and is always well prepared for our training sessions. Most importantly for me, Aaron keeps me motivated through genuine encouragement and never resorts to yelling or stressful tactics like stereotypical trainers. He creates a safe environment where I can push myself to improve. His priority is building long term, sustainable fitness habits and after a month I am already seeing significant change in my health and body. Fit Fast is a gem in the Montgomery area and I’d encourage anyone who wants to get fit to start with Aaron!

He listens to your goals and then helps you achieve them in an encouraging, non-intimidating, fun way. I have worked out on my own for thirty years, and after the pandemic I felt like I needed a little boost to get back to wear I was. He is the first trainer I have ever hired. I highly recommend him to anyone; whether you have been working out on your own, or if you have never set foot in a gym. You won’t be disappointed.

  3. I had an in person consultation with Aaron while visiting Montgomery during the Holidays. During the consult he provided for me excellent tips on nutritional goals. He also went over many techniques for me to use to heal an area in my chest from years of push ups during power yoga. Furthermore, he tested my over all range of motion and gave me some breathing techniques to decompress post workout. If I lived here in Montgomery, there is no doubt I would hire Aaron as my trainer and I highly recommend.

  4. I met Aaron a few years ago at Metro Fitness. I’d hit a brick wall with my training. The workouts I’d been doing for years were no longer effective. After meeting with Aaron for a hour or so, he completely re-worked my programming. I’ve been training with Aaron once a week ever since and he writes my off day workouts to keep me on track. I’ve followed Aaron over to his new studio. Great trainer, super knowledgeable, great attitude. Able to program nutrition as well. Give him a call!
