1. We met Regina Wilcox during a time when my husband’s and I were really trying to pursue the next steps of our lives. We had so many questions and so many unknowns and Regina helped us sell our home. She is a hard and honest worker who not only keeps God at the center but also handles family and friendship in close proximity to each other. She showed us grace when we couldn’t come up with the correct words or ways to handle things and she is so professional as well as caring. We could depend on her to make sure every T was crossed and every I was dotted. She had everything together before we could even begin to get ourselves together. Regina was not pushy, to us, but she was so honorable to our, sometimes, stiff requests that she had a presence on our behalf. We learned we could trust her with all aspects. When she came into our, then, home, she took off her shoes (we didn’t even ask her to.) Every visit, she was careful to ask permission about viewing things, what was going, what was staying & what our end result was just to name a few. She had completely done extensive research so that she could tell us every house comparable to ours within the time frame and in our neighborhood and what we might consider to increase value and reach broader interest. She has many years experience (well over a decade) and it shows very well. She is always professionally dressed. She made sure to acknowledge our daughter by name every visit and every conversation just checking on us when we were sick. While we were in the final stages of getting the house ready for market, Regina offered to help do things and bring us food if it was needed. She was not hovering, by any means. She is, quite literally, an answer to many prayers that had lasted over a decade but she never could have known that because we’d only met her a few months before. We had decided to list the house on December 1st and if it had not been for utilities dragging their feet it would have been on the market that day and not 4 days later however, after putting our house on the market, a little over 24 hours later we’d had 5 people view it and it was sold. Our realtor was so on top of things that not only did it sell within a day but it closed 27 days later and we didn’t have to leave the office before the check was in our hands. She’d done her homework, is confident and so knowledgable. She helped us bring the price of our home up by almost $30,000 more than we’d thought because she knows her profession. She’s wise and precious. She and her husband had staged our home, with our permission and input, booked the professional photographer within days of finding out our dates of installation and repair and the photos were magazine worthy. She was so wonderful to us that we’ve already decided she’s going to be our forever realtor and now she’s, also, our sweet friend. You can trust her to do the details and protect your best interest while being completely honest as well. She knows her stuff and she’ll make sure you have all of it at your fingertips, too. You’ll see what she sees.

2. Cassie Roberts is one of the most patient, caring people we have been blessed to work with. Meeting her 6+ years ago she took nearly every weekend to show us homes for over a year. She made the purchase easy and understandable. 4 1/2 years later she is who we called to list the same home. While working with us to sell, she again committed to finding our next home. We are not difficult people but we are far from easy. Cassie never missed a step all along the way. Once again she did the job and did it well. New home bought and previous home sold.
   I would recommend Cassie Roberts to anyone ever looking for not just an agent but a loyal, trustworthy real estate partner.

3. I was very pleased with the responsiveness, quality and professionalism of this business. Both the realtor and the client specialist were very much on top of everything involving my purchase. Responses to concerns or need were handled quickly, effectively and efficiently. They were always looking out for my best interest and I really appreciated that. They definitely know their business and are terrific people.

5. Kisha wasn’t anything short of amazing. She negotiated our contract keeping our best interest in mind. We were able to get our home with no money down!! She was a true pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!
