Iāve had good service here before. Which is why I go back. But I donāt think I will ever be going back. Itās gone downhill. They donāt listen to whatās wrong. They lie about time spend on your vehicle. And they charge you for time they āthinkā is spent on your vehicle. If you take your vehicle there, set a timer from when they drive your vehicle in and when they finish. I was told my vehicle was being worked on for hours when in fact it had been less then 50min, counting the time the technician stopped to work on another car. Which was about 20min.
Shady. My wife and I took her car here a few weeks ago for an oil change. We had a $30 coupon for a full synthetic oil change. We notified them of that prior them getting started. We come back after it is ready and again tell them that we have a coupon. The man said that it was already figured in. We get the total and it was $84. I simply asked him, āso, you charge about $114 for a full synthetic oil change?ā He kind of stammered and said thatās pretty much what it is. To make matters worse, they donāt hand you the receipt, they email it to you. We confirmed her email address but never have gotten the receipt. Iāve called them and Iāve messaged them online, but she still hasnāt gotten it.
So, basically, itās one of two things: they charge over $114 for a full synthetic oil change, or they are holding our receipt hostage because they donāt want to show us that they did not honor that coupon. Either way, we will not be going back.
I had appointment and Iāve been sitting here for 4 hours. I was told thereās no guarantee how long itāll take. Whatās the point of having an appointment if I am not reassured when my car will be done. Iāve seen people walked in after me and has left the shop. Iāve seen new customers walk in and being attended to before me. The sales reps name is RYAN. Take your money elsewhere and run. This place is racist. If your skin isnāt light as a cotton ball youāre going behind the line.
To make things worse, my 2022 car is not vibrating more than it did when I brought it in. Thanks a lot, Firestone! For wasting my time and my money
UPDATE:
I took my car to American Tires Depot the very next day and found that the balance performed by Firestone was very bad. It was at 100/ 200. No wonder my tires weāre vibrating very bad that I couldnāt go over 50mph.
Iāve never wrote reviews like this before but if you want to bring your car here, PLEASE DONT. All the staff fool around while I had an appointment, and I was waiting over 2 hours while I watch them in the lobby giggle and not work on a single car that was in the bay. Itās ridiculous. Whatās the point of having an appointment? They will also OVER CHARGE YOU! Thereās a reason why this place is only 3 stars. I doubt anything will change in this place. None of the managers/supervisors hold their tech accountable. OVER PRICED, LONG TIME WAIT AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Go somewhere else!!!
The past few times I took my car for repair, I have had to bring it back for in complete or incorrect work. Tires, alignment, oil change, brakes, struts are fine. If you need anything other than what I listed find someplace else.
