I came in for tires, and was given a list of things that needed to be done. I couldn’t afford anything else at the moment except tires. Mike, the gentleman that I spoke with at the store, suggested that I apply for a Firestone card. Long story short, I was approved and able to get all of the work that needed to be done completed that same day. If he had not suggested the card, I wouldn’t have gotten the work done. Now, I have 4 new tires and new brakes, as well as new filters. I am very happy that Mike suggested applying and that I was approved and able to get all of the repairs done at one time.
This Firestone is close to my work. I normally use another Firestone store in Mobile but I will use the one at Bel Air from now on. Their customer service is top-notch. Shawn was very welcoming when I brought my car in. Ken, the mechanic, called me and told me exactly what I needed and the cost and answered all my questions. He also left me a voicemail. When my car was ready, not only did I get a call letting me know but also an email. Outstanding customer service is a top priority with me and this store delivered.
Think his name was Steven he was very very much so a team player if he’s not the manager he needs to be he was running back and forth addressing issues customers and was kind and even dealt with an unruly customer and apologized to us who witness the ordeal. He is very professional and will be back in the future for all my car cares because of him.!!!!! Loved this location and the company they explained issues with my car and I felt very confident in their performance. Very satisfied 😌 ☺️ thanks Firestone!!!!
Excellent service. I was traveling and had a bad tire. The guys at Firestone got my tires rotated fixed my broken wheel studs, and made sure my car was safe before sending me down the road. On top of that I got a very nice discount. A1 professionals 👌🏽
I love the employees at this location. They are always in good moods and very customer service oriented. My only issue is the pricing is a bit steep, which has nothing to do with the service or the employees.
