I came here to get my transmission fluid flushed. Prior to arriving, I read an article saying that a vehicle with over 100k miles and no trans fluid change should be avoided after that time.
I was informed by the Supervisor of the same fact, which proves that this is an honest place of business.
They changed my oil and I will return as needed. A great business.
I was in need of a pair of 175.65R15 tires. I called 4 businesses in the area including the Toyota dealer, when I finally found one (Firestone) that carried these tires in stock. I was quoted at least 2 hours to get them installed due to the Saturday morning backlog. The work was done in less than 2 hours. Firestone recommended a front-end alignment with diagnostic documentation provided. So based on some recent driving experiences we had recently, I thought the alignment might be what was needed. I’m very pleased with the service provided by Firestone. As a result, I will use Firestone for my future automotive needs.
We had to take our Enterprise rental car in for service on the way to the beach. They had the oil change done within an hour and even brought the car and keys over to the restaurant we went to eat at. What nice service on a bummer of a situation on vacation.
I have used Firestone since I started driving and won’t use anyone else. We arrived in town, 10 miles from our destination when our van just shut down. I found a Firestone 2 miles from where it stopped and in a short period of time had someone look at it. It was throwing every warning light and signal available. It was close to 3:00pm and the store closed at 5pm. I sent my family in an Uber to the condo and Jordan offered to drive me and all of our vacation supplies to the condo when he got off. The next day, we thought the issue was resolved, but after starting back to the condo, the battery light came back on. We returned to Firestone and a subsequent check found the alternator was failing. They changed the alternator and took it for a test drive and it failed again. Again Jordan took my wife and I to our condo after work. The next day I spoke to the manager John and he told me they were expecting an alternator from a dealership by 5:30pm and they would stay and get it in. After 7pm I got a call that it was done and that after a test drive no issues were found. John offered to come pick me up when he finished the night. John picked me up and I took him back to the store with no issues. He gave me his number and told me to let him know if anything changed during our stay in Gulf Shores. I cannot thank John and Jordan enough for going above and beyond to help us make the best of a bad situation.
Broke down on the way to my beachhouse in gulf shores ,car overheated ,I had it towed here ,the manager was good enough to load me and my family up and take me and my family 5 miles down the road to the house . Called the next day and said my radiator had went out plus informed me of a bad wheel bearing ,I was wondering what that noise was ,anyways they gave me a price which I thought was fair plus 10 percent off bc I’m past military ,had the work done next day. I can’t thank them enough made what could have been a bad vacation ,saved the day. Thanks Firestone !
