The associates were very friendly and polite. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The service was reasonably quick, and the whole experience was very easy. I liked being able to book my appointment online, and when I missed the associate’s first call about an adjusted time, he called back later to make sure I got his voicemail and the adjusted time was good for me. The customer service was all excellent.
Appointment was at 8am. They took my truck back 10 minutes early. Only took an hour to do what I scheduled. General Manager was very friendly. Chatted with me often to keep away the boredom. Offered me refreshments. Gave me a print out of my alignment before and after. Explained all the invoice charges and offered me options before I made my tire selection. Great place for car service!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I dropped my car off thinking I needed brake pads replaced, they said they would call me about what was going on, next thing I know they call me and tell me my car is ready. I never received a call with a quote, and never got a quote when I dropped my car off. $500 for brake pad replacement without my knowledge of the price, when I could have taken it down the street to get them replaced for $250 (they quoted me for that). Thinking I trusted Firestone more I take it there only for them to not give me a quote. Then the service manager Ryan lied to me and told me he discussed the price with me. I’m so disappointed… be careful with who services your vehicle. I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone.
They were nice and repaired a tire that had 2 nails in it. AFTER it was fixed and I was paying they told me that tire needs to be replaced soon. Now why didn’t they tell me that before the repair so I could have just gotten a new tire instead of the repair??
Of my several visits, the staff have always been kind and welcoming. The time for car maintenance has always been reasonable. Recently, the staff were able to fit me in on short notice for a flat-tire replacement, and I was in and out within an hour.
