I scheduled an appointment at 8am and arrived 15 minutes early to make sure they have the keys by 8 in to put all new tires on my Kia Optima just for them to have me waiting 3+ hours for simple tire change. Do not recommend booking appointment as they will not take you on the time you are scheduled. Paying over 1200 dollars you expect quality and completion in a timely matter.

  2. Do not get work on your car done at this Firestone! The mechanics who worked on my car were VERY negligent. I’ve had to go in 3 times in the past week to get mistakes fixed that THEY caused, and I left with a new mistake EACH time. First I went in for an alignment and rotation on my wheels, when I left, my car was not properly aligned, it was worse than when I brought it in, and my steering wheel began to shake. I brought it in again to get it fixed, they suggested rotating my tires back to how they originally were to fix the problem. The tires that were gonna be placed back in the front were almost completely worn out, so I opted to purchase 2 new ones, and leave the pair that still had some life left. When I left, the new tires were in the back and the pair of tires that was the MOST worn out was in the front. Meaning, they installed a pair of new tires and were going to keep the pair of tires that still had some life in them left, and left me with the pair that was the WORST. I did not notice this until the next day. When I finally went in for the last time to have this fixed, it seemed all was fine when I went home. Two new tires in the front, and my old pair of tires that still had some life left was in the back. The next day, I had a family member replace the serpentine belt on my car and they removed my wheel to make it easier. That was when they noticed that the lug nuts were loose. He checked every tire, and they were loose on every. single. one of them. I live about an hour away from this place, I am lucky that a tire did not fall off of my car. Moral of the story: do not trust these people with your car, and if you do, make sure to inspect it yourself afterward.

  3. I paid $2,500 and when I picked up my car and got home. Only to find panel in glove compartment not put back on and panel in trunk not put back on either. A cushion on the front passenger side was stained like a mechanic sat in there and got it dirty. It would be nice when you have any job done on your vehicle to have someone walk you through everything on your vehicle. To avoid these items that were missed or over looked.

I love that I was notified about the condition of my brake pads the last time I had my car serviced, and again today after an oil change, allowing me an opportunity to have them replaced while I was already there, The service was fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. After my very first visit, I made the decision that going forward, Warren and his staff would be the ones to service my vehicle. As a single female, it is important to be able to trust the people who work on my car with honesty and integrity. Thank you!

  5. Prior to taking my Audi in for an oil change, we asked if they would be able to reset the service light and were told yes. We took the car in had the service done and the light was still on after. Before we left, we spoke to a worker who said to bring the car back the next day to speak to someone to reset it. And again we asked if that person had the appropriate device, again we were told yes it shouldn’t be a problem. The next day I called to ensure the person was working prior to making the drive out to the service center and was told no, they couldn’t do it. When I said that I had asked not once, but twice to ensure the light could be reset and was told yes, the man on the phone hung up on me.
