I have been coming here for almost 5 years now. But today’s experience I will not come back anymore. I came in for a routine alignment as usual and the mechanic that took my car in, rev my car and hit the rev limiter. 2 other customers that I was talking to even heard it and said it only takes one time! My car is kinda loud so it is noticeable. After the alignment was completed. The mechanic took it for a test drive. So I went outside because I no longer trust the mechanic now. As I expected the mechanic took my car up in the high RPMs and he had my car in manual mode. My car is an automatic there is no reason for him to put it in manual mode. Also my car has certain smell when it is in high RPM and I smelled it as soon as I got in my car to leave. Like I said I have been coming here for years and all the other mechanics took my car to the roundabout for a test drive and came back when they do an alignment. This mechanic went down further as I hear my exhaust get louder and he disappears out of my view over the hill. As he came back, he down shifted my car in manual. Which causes my car to rev match and you can hear it clearly. So much for integrity.
Phenomenal service! We had to stop here as we had an issue with our car while driving through on our way to Texas, we had called first and they were very friendly and had us come in immediately. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and warmth by all the employees coming in and out. We were able to get a diagnostic of the car within 10 minutes and fixed to our request within 10 minutes of that. Up until we pulled out we experienced great service; friendly, fast and honest. They offer a spacious area inside to wait while your car is being fixed/reviewed. We always go to a firestone for our cars as they are usually always good but this Firestone tops the cake thus far. Highly recommend paying them a visit here!
Made my appointment for my truck through the app; I was called within a reasonable time about the time being unavailabe; rescheduled for next day, showed up, seen right away and given an approximate time for job completion. Returned at appropriate time, waited maybe another 15 minutes. Only thing that would have made it better would be a phonecall with an update/review of maintenance done to ensure everything accomplished/nothing else needed
Sent paranoid college student to your shop and you handled her with professionalism and care. Being over two hours away it was nice to know someone cared enough to ease our daughters fear about her tires.
We’ve taken my son’s car to Firestone while he has been at Auburn. Always get in quickly and the service is completed in little time.

My son takes our car into the shop while he attends Auburn. The staff treats him well and honestly. They have been more very willing and helpful taking my calls when I have had questions as well.
