Stay as far away from this place as you can. My experience was so bad I’m still processing it. They sold me a dishwasher and after the sale their team made so many mistakes over and over again. Their scheduling required me calling upwards of 15 times to correct their mistakes. Each time they were shocked and confused and promised fixes that never occured. They missed their pre-install note and instead dropped a dishwasher to just sit in the middle of my floor for two weeks. Then they missed their appointment time for install. Then after many attempts at rescheduling they took a significant amount of time to install the machine (including a trip to the store for supplies). There was lots of drilling, cutting, using tape, and discussing about how they planned on quitting the following day. The machine is in, but it is slanted, there are uneven gaps, it is installed completely differently than how the salesperson explained and recommended, plastics siding pieces were cut off the machine, and splintered wood was left all over the floor. I requested a refund of the install fee so I can pay for repairs. I am waiting on a response. I wish I just never bought the machine in the first place.
