We have purchased through this store for years now. We purchased a recliner with a few more pieces. The recliner broke and we just want it fixed. We’ve reached out a total of 4 times practically begging to pay for it to be done. Really goes to show you how poor customer service has gotten. They supposedly have made several work tickets and even scheduled us twice and just not shown up.
This place is TRASH i ordered a bed the bed was broken I ordered A THREE set bed and “apparently” it didn’t come with the dresser I waited three months for my other dresser I ordered and it never came I called corporate it STILL hasn’t came and I’ve been crying ever since I still haven’t gotten it I just don’t want it anymore):

The service I received was super. My first purchase was in the Ozark store. I’m glad the Greenville store service was just as good. G’ville is home! Special thanks to my young associate keep up the good work.

I enjoyed my experience at Farmers home Furniture. I was greated by a friendly Sales Consultant, Ms. Bridgett Curry. She encouraged me to do an application for a nice Furniture set, and with her encouraging me it was automatically approved. It’s so amazing how God works. I spoke with Ms. Alana just put icing on the cake she was very sweet and helped me I couldn’t believe after five years I made in with a credit application. They are Amazing an very pleasant. Mr. Danny helped me with any concerns I had he is also very nice and made sure I was taking care of. This is a blessed Company to be a part of. I encourage any one to try it out for yourself.
