In response to those who didnât appreciate the wait. Iâve been seeing this physician for close to 30 years. There will be appointments when you show up on time, but you have to waitâhe is a very trusted doctor who is called out to hospital visits (sometimes due to an emergency). If you base this practiceâs capabilities on wait times then I suggest you eat fast food where you can get it on time but your order might not be right. Iâve never gotten bad advice from Dr B, and heâs saved my âŠ. numerous times. He took excellent care of my elderly father-in-law and grandfather. Yes itâs a small shop that doesnât have 1000 nurses expediting your visit, but they are focused and provide individualized care. If time is of the essence, try express lube.
Every appointment is at least a 3 to 4 hour experience. Even if it is a simple preventive care visit. I donât know why they schedule appointments because there is rarely someone at the front desk to check you in so you will wait no less than 45 minutes. Followed by 1-2 hours waiting in an exam room for the physician to come in. I have had morning appointments, afternoon appointments, and evening appointments, no matter. Additionally, the office and exam rooms are horrible-carpeting (which cannot be sanitary), torn exam tables, etc. Absolutely do not recommend. If you have to go, make sure to clear your entire day!
Staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Brutkiewicz is a very knowledgeable and experienced. He takes a calm, non-alarmist approach to treatment and is never too stubborn to send a patient to a specialist if needed.
