This place needs to do a ton of cleaning, bed sheets and blankets were dirty and obviously used, there were burned spots on the comforter in a non smoking room which is what we booked, also the air conditioning absolutely sucked because it was so loud and we had a hard time sleeping, however the customer service wasn’t a big problem and the young man was very polite. The prices were overpriced for a hotel like this. I personally would not recommend staying here unless you want to sleep in a dirty mess.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely worst hotel I’ve ever checked in to and then immediately out of just as quick! The place was absolutely disgusting and smelled terrible. The room had such big burn holes the bedding, floors and bathrooms were nasty, ceiling falling in, bugs coming out of the beds when lifted up and no fire alarms just wires hanging out of the ceiling. Not sure how this established stays in business but I have absolutely nothing good to say. If I could give 0 stars… I would have!
This was my first last and only time staying at this hotel from half of my TV not working when I first came in. I reported it to the office. They told me don’t worry about it to mold all over the bathroom walls and live wires hanging out the wall This is hands-down, the worst hotel I’ve ever been in in my life
The beds and sofa were filthy. Sheets didn’t look like they’ve been changed in several visits. Deplorable, to be honest. A shame considering I like the brand typically.
Used a moving blanket to cover the bed to sleep on.
Staff was, however, extremely friendly, welcoming, and polite.
It was moldy but that was the only problem.
The sleep was nice and I kinda enjoyed it. It’s what I expected for a cheap-er hotel
