We stayed at the Fairmont Heritage Place for 4 nights and 3 days in July. We are a group of 3 adults and 3 kids and we had a 3 bedroom suite. The suite was spacious and well appointed and included a coffee machine as well as a washing machine and dryer. The sofa in the lounge room was converted to a double bed and it still didn’t feel cramped. The kitchen had a large dining table as well as an oven, microwave and cook top. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist.
The hotel also included a games room downstairs which had a number of board games and reading material. We spent a few hours down there every day unwinding after our tours.
The hotel is well located with a number of eateries and activities in close vicinity.
I recently stayed at the Fairmont Heritage Place -Ghirardelli Square … and one thing I have to say about my experience was that it was perfection! Jean Saint Aubin and the rest of the staff made sure all aspects of our trip was taken care of. Everything including the atmosphere , the staff, and the quality of service was above and beyond. From the greetings everyday, to the care they put into your rooms and common areas, everything was at a top quality service. I plan on coming back to San Francisco soon and there isn’t anywhere else I would rather stay. 10/10 Recommend to anyone looking for a fabulous time in San Francisco! I recently stayed at the Fairmont celebrating a bachelorette and I have never felt more at home! The hotel staff were amazing and attentive and so helpful. Jean Saint Aubin had recommend this hotel and it really made our stay so much more than we had hoped for! The rooms were so spacious and comfortable! And the views were incredible! Thank you to all the amazing staff at the Fairmont Heritage in San Francisco!
WOW!!! What an absolutely amazing experience !!! I will be back and I will ensure to tell everyone I know that they have to get this experience! I celebrated my bachelorette here. If it wasn’t for Jean Saint Aubins recommendation, I wouldn’t have had the best experience for such a special occasion! Thank you Jean! Amazing hotel! Much better area than the hotels downtown and ideal location for activities since it’s in Ghirardelli square and near fisherman’s wharf. The manager, Dan, is amazing and so helpful!
