My in-unit W/D suddenly stopped working two nights ago, and of course, it is not covered under my lease. It’s difficult finding a trustworthy appliance repair person in LA, and I usually look to friends and family for recommendations, but nobody was able to help me this time around. I booked a consult with Roland for the next day, and he showed up on time and with all the necessary tools, which I appreciated as sometimes appliance repair people will come in and out and take forever to fix something because they don’t have the right parts or tools.
My washer was fixed in no time and is running again smoothly. I even recommended his services to my neighbor who was having a similar problem. He was able to help her out immediately after.

Roland was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he was very helpful and he did above and beyond, his work was perfect, he also helped us with other appliances’ issues. The company was very courteous on the phone, kept us informed with the whole process. We are very happy with his service and will hire this company again.
Roland and Matt are truly amazing at what they do. They are proficient, on time, and professionals who know their craft. I worked with them on a project and they came out multiple times to take care of the problem that would just not go away. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Don’t think twice about it. Go ahead and book them. They are very reasonable with their appointment times and very cost effective. They are definitely on speed dial for me!!!!
I had almost given up on getting my washing machine fixed because everyone else that I called said it was too hard to fix but Roland was able to finally find the problem and fix it for me! A life saver! He was very nice and I will definitely refer extra life to friends in the future!
Matthew was very kind and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to go get a part that if ordered would have meant another 3-5 days without my refrigerator. I would definitely recommend his company and if needed would use them again. Thank you a satisfied customer
