It was ok for an overnight trip but I would not stay an extended period, the floor in the room we had was literally falling in…..felt like a Sponge and it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen

I stayed there over 2 months. Most of the staff were very friendly. However there were two that were very rude. I had one woman ( the older woman that drives the blue van) tell me I would never find a job because of my weight and that a white woman would get hired before me. That was the most disrespectful thing a worker has ever said to me. Also, the maintenance guy was rude on some occasions. Ms. Wanda the manager was always kind. They really need to give the workers better training on customer service, because don’t know if I was a secret shopper or not. Please do better a not be so rude and insulting to your customers. Very convenient to the shopping centers across the street and access to laundry services. Please place a DIY vending area in this establishment! I cleaned my own room and purchased my own food from the gas stations, shopping centers, and restaurant in the area. I did notice a few roaches in the room, but after thoroughly cleaning the room I didn’t see them anymore. I was so grateful for the kitchenette, the price is worth it for an extended stay fee, not for single night use.
It’s your bare bones type of extended stay hotel. But they have really been keeping these rooms up. It’s a bit old and you’ll see an occasional roach or two but it’s definitely not infested or anything. Rooms are easy to keep clean. The front desk ladies are lovely and there is a small store in the front. The prices here are AMAZING though. Absolutely the best prices in the city.
They are not handicap friendly. They don’t allow service animals of any kind per Manager. If you’re blind, have seizures or have illness that requires a service animal, Don’t book.
Well at first I was skeptical cause of bad experiences in the past but Jackie is kind and I feel terrible how I acted at first I forget to take into consideration what she has to deal with overall good bang for youre buck here at the motel so far good people and god bless.
