During my recent stay at Extended Stay America I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by Carole Taylor. She was always friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The room was clean and comfortable and any issues that arose were promptly addressed by Carole. Overall I was very satisfied with the service at Extended Stay America and would highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.
Was here for about a month and look I understand the cleaning every two weeks but at least actually clean when you do. When we walked in the room was already dirty ,the floor was left filthy, and we had to wear shoes in the room. The blinds caked in dust, and the kitchen hood didnāt even work. At one point the they took the towels and sheets and didnāt replace them, and then when I went to get replacements, I didnāt even get all of them . It constantly smells musty, and when it doesnāt, it smells like weed. The key cards constantly stopped working, even after removing it from any magnetic signals or other cards as told by staff. As for staff, I get having other duties but it seemed like they would always be hiding in the back and we had to use the guest service phone to get their attention multiple times.
Stayed about 2 weeks and it was great. The rooms were clean and I canāt say enough about the staff, they are wonderful. We had a small issue with our air conditioner and they had it fixed immediately.
I only planned to stay a couple of weeks. Extended Stay Daphne, Alabama. But the convenience of the location is unbeatable! But do not expect the Ritz-Carlton. Yes. Iāve stayed at some of the best hotels in the world! I travelled extensively for my job. I was given per diem but would pay the difference to have a āvacationā while working. Well, now that Iām retired I want something simple, clean and safe! This is the Place! Itās convenient to emergency room, a walk in clinic, fast food places, restaurants, Samās Club, you name it! The staff here are awesome! If I didnāt like it then why am I still here? LOL itās alot like home! Iāve downsized. And downsized! Just try it!
We have stayed here several times and its always a pleasure. The refrigerator are full sizeā¦2 burner stove . microwaveā¦.plenty of space for plates etcā¦full bar across for hanging clothesā¦big bathroomā¦.but could use a few shelves in the bathroom for putting linens onā¦etcā¦the only downside is the windows are functioning and do open you are not allowed to access it all the way thoughā¦ā¦.they give you an inch or lessā¦..the breeze on some days would be amazing with the window wide open.. (and yes it has a screen) and the staff is wonderful š. They are all helpful and nice. Recommend to stay here if you ever get a chance.
